Meet your MTSS-B Counselor

Hello Magnolia Family!  My name is Mrs. Candace Kuhn, and I am so excited to be your Intervention Counselor. 

After being a substitute teacher in the Chino Valley Unified School District for 10 years, I decided to go back to school to become a school counselor and I love it!  I received my Masters in Education and Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential at Alliant International University.

My goal is to support every student in their social emotional learning by implementing a multi-tiered system of supports that focuses on positive behavioral interventions.  Some of these interventions and supports include classroom guidance lessons, and small group and individual counseling. 

My hope is for every Magnolia student to achieve academic, career, and social emotional success.  

I'm looking forward to an amazing 2024-2025 school year!
