Transcript Requests

Don Lugo High School can complete requests for the last 2 graduating years.

When requesting Final Transcript, please mark "Hold for Grades". This will ensure that your Semester grades are included on the transcript. 

Official Transcript       

Electronic – Create your account with Parchment.com  this process will be released and delivered to colleges within 5 business days. There is no charge to create your account, however, there is a charge of $3.95 to send your official transcript.  To request a fee waiver once you have created your account, please email the Registrar at debbie_hoy@chino.k12.ca.us 

or 

Mailed Copy - Email your request to the Registrar debbie_hoy@chino.k12.ca.us and provide your name and the name of college(s) you would like to receive your official transcript. Requests will be mailed within 5 business days. This process may take an additional 7-10 days for colleges to receive your transcript.  

Tip: If you have an immediate deadline, it is recommended to use Parchment.  

Unofficial Transcript 

 Email your request to the Registrar debbie_hoy@chino.k12.ca.us for an unofficial transcript to be emailed or mailed. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.
