You will find extra practice on the academic schools you are learning at www.phschool.com
You can find the web codes in your textbooks. Enter the web code found in your book and it will take you to the appropriate and your skill level.
As of today, May 7, 2014, the Spanish I assignment calendar has been revised to cure some of the confusion and errors.

Period 1: Wednesday/Friday 7:50 a.m.
Period 3: Wednesday/Friday 9:50 a.m.
Period 4: Wednesday/Friday 10:50 a.m.
Period 5: Wednesday/Friday 12:25 p.m.
Period 6: Wednesday/Friday 1:30 p.m.
(reflecting distance learning or the last six (6) weeks of school)
Communication: Will take place via electronic mail, Zoom and Google Classroom
Instruction: via Google Classroom, Zoom and Google Meet
Assignment Submission: Assignments will be submitted online via Google Classroom, or electronic mail
Assessments: Assessments will be at the end of the chapter. Due dates of all assessments will be included in the Google Classroom assignment when it is posted.
In order to be successful, please mind the following:
*Complete classwork daily. You will have a 24-hour window to turn in your assignments.
*Reach out to Mr. Chavez if you need additional assistance or have questions via electronic email.
*Use office hours on Fridays.
*Use media in Spanish including listening, watching and reading in Spanish.
Grading Policy and Expectations
60% of the grade will be based on Assessment performance including tests, quizzes, and oral and written assessments.
40% of the grade will be based on homework/classwork
Be Respectful: Make sure you abide by all posted and established guidelines for the virtual classroom.
Be Responsible: Make sure to check due dates, Google Classroom alerts, and virtual conferences. Remember your grade should be a reflection of your academic skills, study and assignments to retain information and skills.
Be Involved: Participate in the virtual classroom, and keep in touch with your teacher and classmates.
