  • Once hired by an employer, the following steps have been listed to obtain a work permit

    In order to obtain a work permit, Chino Valley Unified School District policy requires students to maintain a 2.0 GPA

    Instructions:

    1. Using your current age, select the correct application packet below.

    2. Print and complete work permit packet.

    3. All highlighter sections must be completely filled out by student, parent and employer.

    4. Turn in for processing. 

    5. Allow 3-4 days to process.
