• Notice due to COVID-19:

    We will be accepting bids via courier to our warehouse AND at the District Office/Purchasing Dept at the address located on the Notice Inviting Bids. 

    Bid submittal envelopes need to have a label clearly indicating the following:

    • Bid number and project name
    • Bid package number, if applicable
    • Company name
    • Company email for bid opening conference call information and invite

     Bids are due at the stated bid submittal time, and will be opened and read via conference call.

     On bid day:

    • Bid opening conference call: 
      • Specific information regarding bid opening conference call will be provided when submitting bid package.
        • Companies submitting bids via courier will receive bid opening conference call information via company email provided on bid submittal envelope.
      • Please identify yourself with company name when joining the conference call.
        • Unidentified participants will be blocked from the conference call. 
      • Please remember to MUTE your phone and/or microphone while listening to the Bid Opening via the conference call.
      • The contractor name and bid amount will be read on the conference call.
        • All other required information and documents in bid submittal will be verified after the call.
