Shared Savings Incentive Program

All Chino Valley Unified School District sites are expected to participate in the District’s Shared Energy Savings program for 2024-2025. As motivation to take part in energy-saving efforts, incentives will be provided to participating sites.

In order to participate in the Shared Savings Incentive Program, and receive incentive funds next fall, the District has asked each site to:

• Sign up for the Shared Savings Program
• Assemble a Green Team and complete the Green Team Information Survey
• Schedule a meeting with the District’s Energy Resource Conservation Technician at least once during the year before November 15, 2024
• Implement the SB 1383 Waste Sorting Program 
• Complete and submit two short reports regarding the site’s Green Team activity during the school year
• Attain at least 5% reduction in electricity usage compared to baseline year
