The Chino Valley Unified School District utilizes Community Facilities Districts (CFD) to finance district school facilities and services. Property owners in a Chino Valley Unified School District CFD are taxed annually for their share of the debt service on any bonds that the CFD has issued and/or to pay for the cost of school district services. Proceeds from the taxes are used to ensure that the schools are properly maintained and improvements are constructed.
