Are you interested in graphic design, photography and cinematography?
Now, you can be a part of the year-long elective class where we learn all things digital design.
Students who will be in 7th grade in the 25 - 26 school year, should be sure to fill out the application by May 2.

Additional Information about the Digital Design Elective:
- This course is Classified as Career Technical Education Course! This means it provides students with the academic, technical, and real-world knowledge, skills, and experience needed to prepare for various career path!
- It is a Year-long Elective Course
Course Requirements:
Students must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher and no U’s or N’s to take the course.
Course Objectives:
Students will learn the basic elements of digital and yearbook design, including layout, color schemes, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Students will work collaboratively with classmates to publish the yearbook.
Students will learn the fundamentals of operating a camera and taking high-quality photos as well as editing and enhancing photos using basic photo editing software.
Students will learn the basic components of video production and editing.
Students will develop script-writing and storytelling skills through photography, videography and digital branding.
Students will develop marketing strategies and create advertisements for promoting events on campus as well as yearbook sales.
