Athletic Information:
You must have a physical & medical history dated after 5/1 for the upcoming school year. This physical will be good for summer camp and any sport during that following school year. Physicals are good for 1 school year only. Expires on the last day of school as designated by the district calendar. All physicals must be done by a MD or DO. No chiropractor exams are accepted.
You must register on www.homecampus.com/login. All athletes must complete online registration prior to any participation in any sport. This includes practices, tryouts, and any games.
You must have a 2.0 (unweighted). We check 6-week, 12-week and end of semester grades depending on what season of sport you are in.
If you are playing a fall sport (August-October), you must have a 2.0 on your last district report card from the previous school year. Summer school can improve your GPA.
