REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS

Chino High School only has the last 2 graduating years. 

All other years are available at: Transcript Requests

CLASS OF 2024: Final Transcripts are available through Parchment.com or by contacting Student Support Services Transcript Request

Official Transcript                                                                               

Electronic – sign up with Parchment.com this process will be released and delivered to colleges within 5 business days. There is no charge to create your account, however, there is a charge of $4.65 to send your official transcripts.  To request a fee waiver, please email the registrar at julie_flores@chino.k12.ca.us.

Hard Copy - Email request to the records office julie_flores@chino.k12.ca.us and provide your name and the name of college(s) you would like to receive your Official Transcript. Requests will be mailed within 5 business days. This process may take an additional 7-10 days for colleges to receive your transcript.

Tip: If you have an immediate deadline, it is recommended to use Parchment.

Unofficial Transcript

Email request to the records office, julie_flores@chino.k12.ca.us, for an Unofficial Transcript to be emailed or mailed. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.
