Welcome to Information Support and Services Pathway.
Students in the Information Support and Services pathway prepare for careers that involve the implementation of computer services and hardware, software, support of multimedia products and services, provision of technical assistance, creation of technical documentation, and the administration and management of information and communication systems. Mastery of information and communication technologies is the foundation for all successful business organizations today. Persons with expertise in information and communication technologies support and services are in high demand for a variety of positions in business and industry.
To complete this pathway, students should complete the following courses:
- Computer Applications (no prerequisites)
- ICT I -Prerequisites: Students should have completed the Computer Applications course, any computer technology class, or have a strong interest in the computer technology field.
- ICT II -Prerequisites: Students must complete ICT I course.
