Chino Valley Unified School District offers various programs and placements for students who need something other than the traditional school model to satisfy their academic needs.  Some of these options include Adult School, Buena Vista Continuation High School, Credit Recovery, Independent Study and the Virtual Program.

Adult School, Buena Vista and Credit Recovery require consultation and facilitation by your student's counselor.

Home & Hospital is facilitated through the Health Office.  Contact the nurse or health technician for information and application.  

In order to be considered for the Independent Study or Virtual Program, parents/guardians must attend an informational meeting first hosted by the Alternative Education Center.  Applications are facilitated by Ms. Dorie Prieto and Ms. Haley Pickett at the Alternative Education Center.  Chino High School no longer facilitates this process.
