Ms. Anna Gomez

Hi! I'm Ms. Gomez,

Teaching has been a passion of mine! I am so happy for the opportunity to work with you and your students. It's going to be four weeks of exciting learning and full of adventures. I can't wait to see what this group has to share with me. I thought you might want to know a bit about me.

I am a mom of two beautiful daughters, Kimberly and Karen. Kimberly is now a tenth grader and Karen is about to be in eighth grade. I like to stay active with my daughters, and one of our favorite hobbies is hiking. However, just recently, our second hobby is bicycling.

I was raised in Riverside, California. I graduated from John W. North High School in 2004. As soon as I graduated from High School, I began working in the education field. I was a preschool teacher for ten years. Then I moved into the district as an instructional assistant, and finally obtained my Master's Degree and Teaching Credentials in December 2018 as an Education Specialist.

As I have worked in education for over eighteen years, I realize that I enjoy teaching every day. I love building communication with students, parents and the community. It's my mission to instill love of learning in my students. My attempt is to inspire students to become long-life learners. As this school year begins, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It's super important to have open communication, and I would love to talk whenever you feel the need. I look forward to an amazing school year 2022-2023.
