Summer Work Permits
ALL Work Permits will EXPIRE on August 11th, 2025
Chino Hills High School Career Center is closed for summer break.
You can apply for a work permit AFTER you have been hired by an employer. Instructions for obtaining a work permit during Summer Break:
- Download and Complete Form B1-1 here (Scan QR Code)
THIS FORM REQUIRES PARENT
AND EMPLOYER SIGNATURES
- To obtain a work permit, Chino Valley Unified School District policy requires students to maintain a 2.0 GPA
- Student’s address must match Aeries address on file.
- Return COMPLETED form B1-1 to CVUSD District Secondary Curriculum.
- A work permit will be drawn up and issued. This process can take several days to a week.
