• SIGNING IN / SIGNING OUT
     
    PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING OFF-CAMPUS PASSES.
    STUDENTS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS STATED BELOW
     
    • Any student coming in late must sign in through our attendance office and an email can be sent to us with the reason they were late or a DR note can be given / emailed to us.
    • If your student needs to leave campus during the school day, they must sign out/be signed out through the attendance office PRIOR to leaving campus.
    • Only the parent/guardian or a person listed on a students emergency contact list can sign them out and ID will need to be shown to us.
    • Students that are 18 can sign themselves out through our office and their ID will need to be seen for verification.
    • If your student is returning to campus the same day they were signed out, they will need to return the slip given when they were checked out so they can be checked back in.

     

     

    • Absences not verified within 5 days, or due to not following proper check-out procedures, cannot be cleared.
    • Only 3 consecutive days can be excused depending on the reason, 4 or more consecutive days will require a DR note to be excused.
    • You will receive truancy notifications or letters for your student(s) if 3 or more periods are marked as absent, late, unexcused/verified or out of town.
