Obtaining a work permit consists of the following:
- Download and complete the form B1-1 found on this page. This form requires parent and employer signatures.
PLEASE NOTE: STUDENT ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE ADDRESS THE SCHOOL HAS ON FILE.
- Return form B1-1 to the CVUSD District Secondary Curriculum complete with parent and employer signatures.
- A work permit will be drawn up and issued. This process can take several days to a week.
