Aquí hay una foto de la escuela Walnut Elementary. Nuestra entrada principal esta por la avenida Walnut. Cuando entra al estacionamiento verá 2 carriles. El carril interior es para dejar o recoger a los estudiantes. Le pedimos que se arrime hacia adelante para ayudar que los carros no bloquen la Avenida Walnut. El carril exterior es para los que buscan estacionarse. Sin embargo, no hay parada en este carril y les pedimos que mantengan este carril en movimiento tan pronto como sea posible. Los símbolos #2 señalan las calles vecinales, Jacaranda & Catalpa, donde se pueden estacionar. La calle Vernon se va cambiar a una calle de 2 direciones y ya no habrá estacionamiento disponible. El símbolo rojo es el estacionamiento reservado solo para el personal de CVUSD o invitados permitidos. Finalmente, nuestro mayor cambio es que nuestro estacionamiento del Norte ha sido eliminado y será sólo el carril para autobuses. Hemos aumentado la cantidad de autobuses a nuestra escuela y esta decisión nos permitirá mantener un flujo de tráfico y más importante mantener la seguridad de nuestros estudiantes.

El símbolo #1 indica nuestra entrada principal. Aquí es donde la mayoría de los estudiantes entran y son despedidos. En el símbolo #2, hemos dirigido que en los días regulares de la escuela, el TK y Kínder de la mañana serán despedidos en el estacionamiento en frente de la zona de portabicicletas. Pedimos que los padres sigan las reglas para el carril interior esperando que los maestros dirijan a los niños al vehículo de sus padres de una manera segura. El símbolo rojo indica que no hay entrada al estacionamiento del personal. El símbolo naranjado indica que nuestra entrada al norte es sólo para nuestros estudiantes que llegan por autobús escolar y/o aquellos con necesidades especiales que han sido comunicados con la escuela. Gracias de nuevo por tomarse el tiempo para aprender sobre nuestros cambios, y por favor entiendan que todos los cambios fueron hechos con la seguridad en mente.
